Standard accommodation is based on double rooms with twin beds.
Single rooms are available at an additional cost.

Domestic flight schedules and prices are approximate and subject to change:
Cairo to Luxor: Departure at 5:30 AM, arrival at 6:30 AM.
Aswan to Cairo: Departure at 10:00 PM, arrival at 11:30 PM (and vice versa).
Flight times can be adjusted according to availability with possible extra charges.
Same-day cancellations: deposits are non-refundable.
For travel packages involving hotel, flights, or Nile cruises:
Cancelation less than 7 days before the tour: 50% charge.
Cancelation on the day of the tour: 100% charge (non-refundable).
Cancelations more than 7 days before the tour: 25% charge applies.
Ages 0-1.99: Free of charge for all tours.
Ages 0-5.99: Free on tours without domestic flights.
Ages 2-5.99: 25% of the tour price on tours without domestic flights.
Ages 6-11.99: 50% of the tour price.
Ages 12 and above: Full adult price applies.
